
Human Factors Specialist

The Human Factors Lead will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are safe, efficient, and effective for everyone involved.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver Human Factors plans and assurance arguments
- Identify and document Human Factors issues
- Define and manage Human Factors Derived Requirements
- Provide input into Design activities and deliverables
- Coordinate and communicate Human Factors program of work with project teams and stakeholders
We're looking for someone with a strong background in Human Factors Integration, particularly in the rail industry. You'll need to have experience with applying Human Factors processes and standards, as well as managing internal and external organizational interfaces.
