The Opportunity

Our Melbourne team is growing, and we are seeking experienced professionals to join us in the development and delivery of exciting engineering projects in Victoria and around the world, particularly major rail projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide Human Factors and Human Centred Design expertise to support the delivery of engineering projects, particularly major rail projects.">
  • Develop or implement human performance research, investigation, or analysis protocols.">
  • Prepare reports or presentations summarizing results or conclusions of Human Factors activities.">
  • Conduct research to evaluate potential solutions.">
  • Conduct cognitive workload, risk assessments, and task analysis.">
  • Specify, verify, and validate Human Factors requirements tailored for individual engineering projects.">

About You

">

We seek experienced Rail Human Factors and/or Ergonomics professionals who can lead the integration of Human Factors considerations within and across all system lifecycle elements. You will work collaboratively within a team environment, with other Human Factors Specialists as well as other Subject Matter Experts.

Required Qualifications and Skills

You should have:

  • ">
  • A qualification in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology, or Industrial Design.">
  • Previous professional experience in rail human factors.">
  • Good knowledge and understanding of human factors processes and standards.">
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.">
