**The Role**:
Reporting to the Product Masterfile Lead at our National Branch Support Centre in Mount Waverley, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientated Product Masterfile Administrator to support in delivering and maintaining the best product catalogue online and across our branch network.
As Product Masterfile Administrator, you'll be responsible for all Product Master Data within the business, ensuring it's kept up date whilst maintaining the highest quality data integrity and accuracy.
You will be critical in developing high-quality, and efficient processes, with supporting documentation for the management of the Product Master Data.
**Duties include**:
- Upload & Maintain product and pricing data into ERP using bulk loaders and PIM tool.
- Assist in data cleansing and performing necessary checks on supplier files before loading
- Develop and document processes to qualify the integrity of the product data load.
- Ensuring all changes are monitored and tracked to prevent against data corruption and user error
- Support the business with Product Master Data helpdesk, investigate, resolve and escalate issues with a focus on customer service and an attention to excellence.
- Proactively identify and action necessary updates to ensure accuracy and up to date data at all times.
**Essential Skills**:
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate and effectively process data from different sources and in various forms.
- A strong attention to detail, with the ability to promptly manipulate complex datasets.
- Excellent written skills, with the ability to develop and produce product content into a consumer-friendly format
- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to analyse and present insight and data findings to non-technical users.
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and use effectively in your approach.
- Skills to manage a fast paced workload, in an agile, fast paced environment.
- Have excellent problem solving skills with a strong focus on obtaining the desired outcomes.
A willingness to continue training & development is essential.
