
Part Time Payroll Administrator

This part-time role is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team and contribute to the growth of a reputable organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering personnel and payroll-related issues, including checking rosters and timesheets, maintaining employee masterfiles, and reconciling leave records.
To be successful in this position, you will possess a sound knowledge of computerized payroll functions, awards, and the ability to operate and administer payroll systems with accuracy and control.
You will also have excellent communication skills, be able to work under tight deadlines, and be self-motivated with initiative to improve situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer personnel and payroll-related issues
- Check and maintain rosters and timesheets
- Reconcile leave records and maintain employee masterfiles
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Sound knowledge of computerized payroll functions
- Awards and award interpretations
- Ability to operate and administer payroll systems with accuracy and control
