Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled administrator to provide support across our key HR systems, ensuring seamless operations and timely payroll processing.

A typical day includes:

  • Responding to people systems-related queries as the first point of contact
  • Administering employment contracts and associated documentation throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Tracking and monitoring completion of HR activities
  • Employment and Masterfile validation control checks
  • Timesheet and exception auditing and follow-up
  • Maintaining cross-system data consistency
  • Contributing to team brainstorming sessions

  • Ability to work across multiple systems, particularly UKGReady and PageUp
  • Technical proficiency and process-driven mindset
