**Position Overview**
As the **New Vehicle Sales Manager**, you will be responsible for managing the performance of the sales department, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service while achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and departmental goals.

- Oversee the sales process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

**About You**
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role within the automotive industry.
- A strong track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
- Valid Motor vehicle yard manager licence is essential.
