**About the role**:
**Mercedes-Benz Perth **(part of Eagers Automotive) has a rare and exciting opportunity to join our busy Sales Department as the* New Vehicle Sales Manager* in **Bentley**

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this role will be responsible for the management of the New Vehicle Sales Department as well as ensuring that the operations are both efficient and profitable. You will also be responsible for maintaining good employee and client relations whilst operating within ethical guidelines and in line with our company values.

**Duties will include**:

- Motivating, leading and developing the sales team
- Establishing and managing sales systems that include effective prospecting, demonstration, customer handling, closing and vehicle delivery programs
- Ensuring industry leading customer experience for all customers
- Ensuring that all sales objectives are achieved as well as full compliance with dealer and manufacturer standards
- Contributing to the profitability of the New Vehicle Sales Department through the sale of vehicles, finance & insurance and aftercare products

Previous experience in a managerial new car sales role would be highly advantageous. However, this role would also suit an experienced 2IC ready to make the next step in their career. Previous experience with luxury brands would also be highly regarded.

**You will ideally possess**:

- Experienced Automotive Sales Manager/ General Manager
- Experience in new/ used vehicle sales and luxury brands
- Willingness to maintain superior knowledge of applicable brands and products
- Proven track record of meeting KPI's and performing in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Have a valid/ be willing to obtain a Yard Manager's Licence
- Manual Drivers Licence
