New Vehicle Sales Manager – Melville Mazda

Melville Mazda has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our high-performing Sales Team.

About the Role

As the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will:


• Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets


• Drive performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences


• Implement and maintain sales processes and reporting


• Work closely with the Dealer Principal and broader leadership team to meet dealership objectives

What You'll Bring


• Previous experience in a similar sales management role within the automotive industry


• Strong leadership and team management skills
