Right at Home is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a 6-month contract, with potential to move into a permanent role.

You'll support our franchise network by providing expert advice on HR matters, managing compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Franchise Owners, HR Managers, and the national management team
  • Manage HR incidents, complaints, and employment contracts
  • Interpret and apply the SCHADS, Nurses, Health Professionals, and Clerical Awards
  • Assist in wage and salary planning aligned with Fair Work and Modern Awards
  • Prepare HR metrics and compliance reports for board meetings
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Work, WHS, and industrial relations legislation
  • Promote an empathetic, kind, and professional approach to employee engagement
  • Build strong relationships across our franchise network
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in an HR Advisor or generalist role
  • MUST have strong knowledge of the SCHADS Award and Modern Awards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused, and empathetic approach
  • HR or IR qualifications (preferred, but not essential)
