**About the role**
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Perform administrative duties, maintaining confidentiality in all Branch functions.
- Handle customer enquiries, coordinating, liaising, and researching as needed.
- Prepare correspondence and documents related to Branch matters and business process improvements.
- Arrange audit reports, inspections, appointments, meetings, training, and other Branch functions.

**About you**
Our Compliance Administration team operates like a mini call centre, providing vital support to our team and community. We handle a variety of inquiries and coordinate inspection bookings, ensuring seamless service delivery so we are looking for someone who can think on their feet and operate in a fast paced environment.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- An excellent fit with our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency and leadership
- Year 12 level of education or equivalent
- Experience in various administration systems
- Experience in a contact center environment
**About the benefits**
This is a six-month and a nine-month fixed-term positions working full time at level 2, with a salary commencing at $72,896 plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
