Working within established guidelines, you will handle routine administrative tasks and assist in resolving basic issues, referring more complex or non-routine matters to the appropriate supervisor.This role also includes front-of-house and community officer responsibilities, where you will co-work alongside an experienced AO2 to manage a range of school-based administrative functions.
Familiarity with systems such as OneSchool, Outlook, Word, and Excel is highly desirable to support success in this role.Your ResponsibilitiesAs the Administrative Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :Student and Parent enquiries via phone, face-to-face and email communicationRelaying message to students and staffUndertaking enrolment processesPhotocopying, archiving, filing, use of internal PA systemExiting of Left studentsLate and early departures, sick bay, administrative appointmentsExcursions and school activitiesRoll marking and absenteeism, sending of SMS and following up responsesOther duties as directed by Business Manager and Leadership TeamPlease refer to the attached role description for the full list of responsibilities and mandatory requirements for this position.Interested?
