Administrative Services Coordinator

Pro Seal QLD seeks an Administrative Services Coordinator to lead administrative services in the construction sector. This role is responsible for establishing operational priorities and service standards for efficient office operations, both at headquarters and on-site.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing operational priorities and service standards for efficient office operations, both at headquarters and on-site.
  • Managing human, physical, and technological resources required for office efficiency and project success.
  • Assigning tasks to administrative personnel and monitoring work performance according to project schedules and productivity targets.
  • Managing records, contractual documentation, and office accounts, including purchase orders and financial reports.
  • Liaising with engineers, architects, contractors, suppliers, and construction professionals to ensure smooth administrative processes.
  • Overseeing maintenance of office equipment, technological devices, and necessary supplies.
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and applicable legislation.
  • Coordinating personnel-related activities such as recruitment, promotions, performance evaluations, payroll processing, staff training, and supervision of human resources supporting construction projects.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Certificate III or at least 2 years of full-time experience as an Officer Manager in the construction field.
