**The Role**

This position is responsible for the analysing, forecasting and planning of the Ageing Well workforce, sector demand and sector movement. This role will have insight in to the capacity and capability within the Support At Home Team, and have a focus to build a high quality workforce, through training plan development, delivery and proactive review. This position will also contribute to the recruitment, induction and training of new recruits and ensure the workforce remain compliant to their training and probity requirements.

The position will be required to work with customer facing staff in the office and in the field, and interact with clients, when required.
