We are looking for a Change Coordinator to join the team at Public Trustee in the newly established Project Acceleration Office (PAO), responsible for delivering significant transformational initiatives organisational wide. The PAO will initially be focussed on progressing the integrated forward plan which will include a range of business improvements.

**Your key responsibilities include**: (for a full list please refer to the attached role description)
- Develop change management strategies and plans to facilitate business transformation across the organisation. This will include changes in business processes, communications, technology and cultural change.
- Assess and analyse business change impacts and change readiness, determine business needs, and support the development and delivery of effective communications and support services.
- Support training efforts with the provision of input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs across various mediums such as face-to-face, videoconferencing and e-learning options.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change.
- Forward plan and coordinate the development of change management programs, including training and tools and facilitate the development and delivery of presentations.
- Integrate change management activities into program/project plans.
- Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage anticipated resistance and evaluate user readiness.
