About the role

As the Change Portfolio Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the daily coordination of activities within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the internal change community to ensure the timely and accurate submission of governance deliverables, provide secretariat support for the Strategic Change Board (SCB), and contribute to EPMO administration and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organised with a keen interest in project and portfolio governance and proven experience delivering timely and high-quality support within a multi-disciplinary team.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Coordinate, compile, and distribute the monthly SCB Pack, ensuring all portfolio and project documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Support the preparation of SCB submissions and other key presentations or forums by coordinating team activities and analysing the status of work completed and outstanding.
  • Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders across the business involved in preparing or reviewing SCB materials, ensuring timely distribution and adherence to deadlines.
  • Attend SCB meetings, record minutes, release action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of SCB processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain the EPMO's configuration management policy and internal processes.
  • Provide analytical support during the quarterly budget review process.
  • Assist in developing presentations for workshops and meetings, and support the planning and coordination of these sessions for the EPMO team.
  • Provide administration and coordination of various events and activities across the team.

This role is available as a 12-month max-term opportunity, with the potential to transition to a permanent position. This role is known internally as a Portfolio Coordinator.
