Job Overview

The Change Coordination Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely progress of changes across customers' sites and adherence to defined change management processes.

This role involves managing the lifecycle of change requests, providing analysis and administrative support, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve service excellence.

  • Manage change requests across single and/or multiple accounts, ensuring timely progress and adherence to change enablement processes.
  • Provide analysis and input to change management reports as directed.
  • Assist in validating failed changes due to technical or process failure and follow up on PCR documentation as required.
  • Follow up on approvals for Changes as required.
  • Create and issue Forward Schedules of Change & Release for service delivery to customers (internal and external) as needed.
  • Maintain Datacom's change and release process, guidelines, and other authorized documentation in the approved repository.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for service improvement and build a culture of service excellence.
