Key Responsibilities
Pathway Development:
Designing and delivering Apprentice and Graduate pathways aligned to business needs.
Program Management:
Leading program development from curriculum design to evaluation.
Collaboration and Compliance:
Collaborating with TAFEs, RTOs, and Training Services NSW to maintain program compliance and quality.
Career Coaching:
Coaching apprentices, graduates, and coordinators.
Industry Engagement:
Engaging with industry forums to influence future standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Technical Workforce Experience:
Experience in technical workforce development (energy/utilities preferred).
Apprenticeship and Graduate Frameworks:
Strong knowledge of apprenticeship and graduate program frameworks.
Leadership and People Management:
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication ability.
