Main Responsibilities- Manage staff schedules, including rostering and payroll administration.
- Provide administrative support to airport operations teams.
- Assist with lounge operations across terminals, including stock ordering and facilities management.
- Handle all incoming calls professionally.
- Develop and maintain efficient systems and processes for administrative areas.
- Ensure the secure storage and handling of sensitive information.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client airline billing records.
