This creative agency is looking for an outstanding Customer Service Team Leader to join their team.
**Your new company**
As a Team Leader, you will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager and lead a team of 4 Customer Service Consultants. You will work within a small, experienced team which supports their external sales team and customer base. Within this role, you will also be responsible for bringing new ideas and experiences to assist with the expansion of the business.
**Your new role**
- Manage and maintain enquiries from multiple websites
- Key orders as required
- Ad Hoc tasks as required
- Monitor team performance and ensure a consistent customer focus
- Be the primary point of contact for all credit enquires
- Foster development and performance of staff
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
- Demonstrated experience in a team management position
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships
- A passion for delivering great customer service
- Experience in CRM-based systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience in Zendesk (or similar CRM systems) will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of the wholesaler business model will be highly regarded
- Previous work with NetSuite (or Similar to ERP) will be highly regarded
