An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Team Leader to join Service Stream based in our Regency Park office
About the Role

Service Stream Telecommunications division are currently seeking a Field Team Leader to join our growing company.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Adelaide (Regency Park) with regional travel required

Reporting Line: Field Supervisor - Operations & Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

The key objective of this position is to lead a small team in the day-to-day operations activities within the NBN Service Excellence contract. You will be responsible for the maintenance and install of underground and internal communications assets.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following skills and experience:

- Ensure all field work is of a high quality consistent with relevant HSE policies and procedures
- Civil works experience - Light to medium telecommunication civil experience
- Previous team leader experience.
- Relevant field experience in EWP, survey, rod & roping, hauling.
- Relevant technical qualifications FTTP, FTTN, FTTC, HFC.
- Competent in reading and interpreting cable install plans
- Competent in utilising tablet device
- Previous experience in EWP, Pipe Proving/Scoping for cable install
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Operate EWP platform - RIIHAN301E

- Confined Space & Gas Test

- Asbestos Awareness Training
- RIIWHS302D- Implement traffic management plan
- First Aid & CPR Course HLTAID011

This role requires the Field Team Leader to be aligned with the Service Stream quality auditing process to a base

line standard that will stand up to scrutiny by the client.

This opportunity will suit a highly motivated and outcome driven individual who has a passion for delivering positive client outcomes, and a knack for effective stakeholder engagement.

About You

We are looking for an individual who has experience in a Field Team Leader role and can work in a diverse and complex environment. A self-starter who has a passion for delivering quality work first time every time.

You will have the flexibility to travel from time into regional locations to assist other crews should work demand dictate.
