Main Responsibilities
  1. We need someone to manage and coordinate customer service activities, ensuring quality, service, and efficiency.
  2. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales teams to drive commercial decision-making and achieve profitable growth.
  3. They'll project manage orders and product setup, guaranteeing accurate communication of artwork requirements.
  4. Customer packaging needs must be communicated through the RFQ process and adjusted accordingly.
  5. The successful candidate will coordinate customer non-conformance processes and liaise directly with customers until resolution.
  6. Aged stock records will need to be identified and actioned within business rules.
  7. New product development enquiries, including samples management and artwork transition, require support.
  8. Liaising with operations and production teams is crucial to ensure commitments to customers are met.
  9. Daily delivery pulse meetings must be hosted to ensure timely communication of DIFOT or misses.
Requirements
  • Experience in a related sales, customer service, or sales support leadership role.
  • A sound understanding of inventory management principles is essential.
  • A proven track record of delivering excellence in customer service is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of products is necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are needed to build strong stakeholder relationships.
