**The Opportunity**
We are seeking your coffee expertise Are you an energetic, highly experienced individual with exceptional coffee knowledge? If so, this this may be a role for you.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be hands on and accountable for the instore standards, support and growth of coffee within a portfolio of stores. In this role you will provide hands on coaching and support to ensure coffee standards of excellence are achieved with each and every pour.
The ability to develop strong business relationships with your network of stores is key to success in this role as is the ability to drive growth through measurable outcomes with a specific focus on systems and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coffee standards and execution
- Supporting a portfolio of stores in the development and execution of their coffee operational plans as well as identifying potential growth opportunities in the FP business
- Consistent and regular visitation to the network in line with call cycle expectations
- Work with the network partners within your Territory to develop action plans that will target the in-store operations/system opportunities and assist with implementation at the store level to drive sales and customer counts by delivering a Brand standard customer experience
- Work directly with the Operations Manager to identify and share best practice across the Brand, Territory and Support office team
- Liaise with other Support Office departments and project teams as necessary

**Experience & Competencies**
- Current and demonstrated experience in the coffee industry
- Strong understanding of and experience with small business owners / franchisees
- Experience at working collaboratively to achieve both store sales growth and brand standard improvement.
- Experience in fast moving environments
- Demonstrated commercial business acumen and record of performance
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a sense of urgency
- Experience with Microsoft office suite including Teams platform
- Current valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, mobile phone and ability to travel (interstate or locally) as required
