Territory Sales Manager – Brisbane Metro | Base + Uncapped Commission

We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of our client for a high-performing Territory Manager to own and grow their Brisbane metro territory. This is a career-defining opportunity for an ambitious outside sales professional who thrives on autonomy, building relationships, and closing deals.

With uncapped earning potential, a company vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and professional development support, this role rewards your drive and results. You'll be the front line of the business, generating revenue, managing accounts, and delivering tailored solutions to customers.

What You'll Do

  • Own your territory: prospect, cold call, and grow new and existing accounts.
  • Deliver solutions that meet customer needs and close deals in partnership with internal teams.
  • Maintain your territory playbook and CRM to maximise your pipeline.
  • Attend regional sales events and travel within your territory (overnight ~5–7 days per month).
  • Build authentic relationships and become a trusted advisor to your clients.

What You Bring
  • 2–10 years' experience in outside/field sales with a proven record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • Experience in quota-driven sales; equipment or construction experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Competitive, results-driven, and able to maintain integrity at all times.
  • Valid driver's licence and clean driving record.
  • Comfortable working from a home office and travelling throughout your territory.
