Our client is seeking a sales superstar for our Brisbane CBD Territory.
As the companies Brisbane City Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, as well as an expectation of identifying and onboarding new business opportunities to grow revenue and exceed sales targets. There is opportunity for growth within the team for top performers. The territory that will be given to you has an established customer base, however has a huge potential for growth and expansion. This position covers mainly foodservice, however also includes manufacturers.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Experience working within foodservice is an absolute must - former chef preferred; Based in Brisbane;
- A strong personal desire to succeed with an interest in being part of a growing, entrepreneurial business;
- Commercial acumen, results-oriented, and target-driven within sales;
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and outstanding relationship-building skills;
- Collaborative team player, but also able to work autonomously;
- Proactive problem-solving skills, thinks outside the box, and great at finding innovative solutions based on a deep understanding and knowledge of ingredients;
- A good dose of resilience and adaptability. A fabulous sense of humour would put you in good stead with our crew;
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail;
- Valid Driver's License;
- Intermediate computer and word processing skills.
