You are an experienced professional with a strong background in developing competency frameworks and establishing training standards.
You have a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality training programs, particularly in the telecommunications sector.
Your expertise includes managing the delivery of Certificate III and IV in Telecommunications and creating customized NBN technical content.
You are passionate about continuous improvement and are committed to fostering a culture of excellence within your team.
The candidate is skilled in leading cross-functional teams, engaging with both internal and contracted field workforces, and driving continuous improvement.
They are familiar with current telecommunications technologies and nbn's workforce systems, and excel in communication, collaboration, and leading teams through change.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive competency frameworks and establish clear training standards against technical competencies.
Lead a team of specialists delivering Certificate III and IV in Telecommunications and bespoke NBN technical content.
Ensure training programs are aligned with industry standards and evolving organisational needs.
Lead cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and contracted field workforces, and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain familiarity with current telecommunications technologies and nbn's workforce systems; communicate effectively and lead through change.
Qualifications
Experience developing competency frameworks and establishing training standards.
Proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality training programs, particularly in telecommunications.
Expertise in delivering Certificate III and IV in Telecommunications and creating customized NBN technical content.
Strong planning and organisational skills; ability to deliver results under tight deadlines with a focus on customer value and operational success.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to lead teams through change.
