Key Responsibilities- Conceive and implement training and capability programs for field services teams.
- Create learning content that meets the needs of diverse audiences.
- Foster collaborative relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Lead high-performing teams to achieve organisational objectives.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Training and Development or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in training and development, with a focus on field services.
- Proven track record of creating engaging learning content and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
