Job Summary

This is a senior role that oversees the development of competency frameworks, training standards, and programs aligned with industry standards and organisational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive competency frameworks to establish clear training standards against technical competencies.
  • Lead a team of specialists delivering Certificate III and IV in Telecommunications and bespoke NBN technical content.
  • Ensure training programs are aligned with industry standards and evolving organisational needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and contracted field workforces, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain familiarity with current telecommunications technologies and nbn's workforce systems; communicate effectively and lead through change.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in developing competency frameworks and establishing training standards.
  • Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and engage with internal and contracted workforces.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
