We are looking for a Property Manager to join our family run on-site management and letting rights office in the Ellen Grove/Forest Lake area.

We're open to finding the right person and don't mind if you need some flexibility in hours.

We're seeking between 30 and 38 (full time) hours per week for between $24 and $29 per hour depending on experience with the potential to earn more by taking on on-call/higher duties, professional development and sales commissions.

Your role will be to support our main On-Site Manager in the office attached to the unit and working along side the rest of our team of Gardners and Maintenance Contractors.

Experience in Management Rights and in using Console Cloud would be a definite advantage.

We are looking for someone who lives in the Ellen Grove\Forest Lake (10km radius) area and available to start within the next few weeks.

We are also happy to answer any questions you may have, and there is flexibility in around how the role can be structured to suit the right person so feel free to get in touch.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Overtime pay
