Job Title: Assistant Complex Manager/Assistant Property Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to support our main On-Site Manager in the office attached to their unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise contractor and maintenance works
  • Develop strong presentation and personal interaction skills

The ideal candidate will have experience in using software for property management, although training will be provided. We also encourage applicants with knowledge of Trust Accounting, processing and handling of Insurance claims and QCAT cases. A Real Estate Licence is preferred but not essential.
