Senior Property Accountant Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Property Accountant to join our organisation in Perth, on a fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and monthly accruals.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, including NOI variance analysis and CAPEX forecasts.
  • Maintain and reconcile property balance sheets and fixed asset registers.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Property experience is essential.
  • Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • CPA/CA qualified.
  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial or retail property accounting.
