**Position: Abrasive Blaster** **Job Type: Full-Time**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain abrasive blasting equipment, including sandblasters, shot blasters, and other relevant tools and machinery.
- Prepare surfaces for treatment by removing rust, scale, paint, and other contaminants using various abrasive techniques.
- Select and utilize appropriate abrasive materials, such as sand, garnet, steel shot, or other media, depending on the surface and desired finish.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines while working with hazardous materials and operating machinery.
- Inspect treated surfaces to ensure proper cleaning, roughness, and profile in accordance with project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot issues, and recommend repairs or replacements as needed.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Windsor, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
