  • This role involves performing abrasive blasting to clean and prepare metal surfaces, applying industrial coatings, primers, and protective paints using various equipment, and ensuring that surface preparation and coating applications meet quality assurance and safety standards.

Requirements

  • A relevant trade qualification or certification in surface preparation and painting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work overtime to assist with achieving company goals.

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Rail Industry Worker Training.
  • Multi-skilled and ticketed.
