We're currently seeking a reliable, team-oriented Industrial Blaster to join our expanding team. Whether you're experienced or new to the field, if you have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, we will provide on-the-job training from our experienced senior staff.

**Main Duties**:

- Perform abrasive blasting of structural steel products
- Identify and eliminate potential work hazards
- Carry out tasks assigned by the Production Manager

**Skills & Experience**:

- Forklift license (essential)
- Strong team player with a safety-first attitude
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work to meet customer requirements
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision

**HOURS**:

- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 3 pm; Fridays 6 am to 12 pm.

**PAY RATE**:

- $28 - $35 per hour - Casual.
- Negotiable based on experience and skills
