About the Role
As the Executive Correspondence Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the flow of correspondence throughout People Branch, including tracking (currently done in Excel) and allocating correspondence to our business units, and providing reminders as items become due.
- Using our eDRMS system, Content Manager, to search for documents, progress documents throughout the branch and to our Assistant Director-General and Deputy Director-General for endorsement.
- Responding to queries from authors and correspondence coordinators, with the guidance of the Senior Correspondence Officer and team.
- Providing clear advice in person, in writing and via the phone, responding to all enquiries in a courteous manner and within appropriate timeframes.
