Corporate Transaction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage transaction engagements related to acquisitions by strategic corporate buyers and private equity investor groups.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing transaction engagements, analysing financial/operational results of targets, and developing strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and participate in transaction engagements
- Analyse financial/operational results of targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify key value drivers for clients
- Correlate due diligence findings with client valuations
- At least three years' experience in a transaction services or M&A role
- Experience in building strong internal and external relationships
- Able to achieve a high level of work during busy periods
- Strong educational background, preferably with a completed CA, CFA (or equivalent)
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
