We are seeking a highly skilled Escrow Officer to oversee the processing of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the requirements for each transaction and ensure all parties are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Act as a neutral liaison between file parties, adhering to company policy and monitoring and mitigating risk to the company.
  • Ensure that all funds are properly accounted for and disbursed in accordance with the terms of the contract and company policy.
  • Prepare regular reports on the status of the escrow account and provide these reports to the parties involved in the transaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an escrow-related role.
  • Proven ability to handle complex escrow transactions with ease.
  • Openness to new technology and proprietary programs; adjust easily to new workflows.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
