**Lead the change, from the frontline**
As the
** Agile Coach, **you will bring your depth of knowledge in how Agile works and how it can be scaled to best support a variety of squads to delivery value to business and customers. Using your Agile experience, you will be able to uplift our Agile practices (ways of work) and support our squads to learn and adopt these adapted practices to enhance their delivery and increase the value they deliver to business. Your enthusiasm for simplification and your keen interest in wanting yourself and others to be more effective, will be instrumental in contributing to the success of our Digital Technology team.
**What you'll bring**
Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role:
- Demonstrated experience working with Scaled Agile teams and Agile projects
- Exceptionally capable of investigating, trialling, defining and training others in Agile ways of work. Expert proficiency in influencing others, organisational management, managing multiple competing recommendations and priorities, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders of all levels daily
- Solid understanding of Agile performance data and metrics and how they drive behaviour and outcomes
- Solid understanding of Business Product Ownership and its influence on our delivery teams
- Experience in creation of consistent and carefully considered, accessible and well documented ways of working documentation
- Capable of owning, managing and facilitating portfolio level Agile ceremonies and delivery related sessions / tasks (planning, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions etc.)
- Strategic approach to problem-solving and ability to think far beyond the process or task
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office and Atlassian toolsets
- General understanding of Value Stream models, Lean, Six Sigma and other methodologies and frameworks and how they can be used to complement Agile
- Desire to stay abreast of best-practice Agile, DevOps, Change Management and other relevant disciplines
- A real interest and desire to build and / or further enhance a breadth of skills -research, mentoring, change management, L&D and career path definition and planning.
- Experience or a strong interest in project management / coordination
- Previous Energy Industry knowledge, or an interest to learn the industry
