Senior Agile Coach Opportunity
About the Role:
As a Senior Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal leadership role in fostering a collaborative and agile environment. Your primary objective will be to facilitate team growth and development by instilling Agile values, principles, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead agile teams through the planning process, ensuring seamless coordination and sequencing of activities.
- Analyze and present data to enhance team maturity and capabilities.
- Cultivate Agile ceremonies awareness among team members, emphasizing their purpose and significance.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
We offer flexible work arrangements, with the requirement to visit our office once a week in Brisbane or Melbourne.
Requirements:
- Professional Scrum Master certification from a reputable institution.
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement.
- Business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
