About Agile Coach Role

This role involves empowering teams and fostering agile transformations. You will be working with businesses to establish and maintain contact, engage with stakeholders effectively, and build relationships.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in performing the role of an Agile Coach, Iteration Manager or Scrum Master on software development projects where they have utilised Agile/Lean/Kanban techniques and methods.

Key responsibilities include driving the implementation and rollout of new ways of working across teams and programs to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and agility. You will also work closely with various programs/projects (across a variety of domains) in client organisations ranging from digital start-ups to large corporates.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and increase synchronisation.
  • Act as an agile champion, contributing to expanding the understanding and practice of agile principles and values.
  • Help with backlog decomposition and improve processes for allocation of backlog items to teams and tracking of progress and dependencies.

A Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field is required. The ability to engage with businesses effectively, be proactive in establishing and maintaining contact, and have strong relationship building skills are essential.
