Senior Agile Coach

About the Role:

  • Drive Team Success: Help your squads achieve goals, boost performance, and deliver results with speed and efficiency.
  • Foster Continuous Improvement: Encourage growth, facilitate retrospectives, and empower your teams to take ownership.
  • Support Senior Leaders: Collaborate on key priorities, facilitate team dynamics, and ensure nothing gets left behind.
  • Promote Quality: Ensure deliverables consistently meet high standards, driving technical discipline and quality practices.
  • Build High-Performing Teams: Create a supportive, energized team environment that thrives on collaboration and success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Agile Coaching: Deliver expert advice, guidance, and support to empower teams to succeed in an agile environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, aligning business objectives with agile principles.
  • Talent Development: Identify and develop talent within the organization, building a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Culture Transformation: Drive cultural change, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and agile mindset across the organization.
  • Solution Delivery: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and exceed expectations.
About You:

You will bring a proven track record as a Senior Agile Coach or equivalent agile leader, with demonstrated expertise in agile coaching, team development, and strategic planning.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6+ years demonstrated experience as a Senior Agile Coach or equivalent agile role, ideally with experience working in a scaled agile environment/managing multiple squads.
  • ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, or similar certifications.
  • Strong understanding of product management, including strategy and human-centered design (ideally product management/ownership experience).
  • Experience with performance development, team coaching, or leading high-performance teams.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
