About Agile Coaching

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive agile transformations across multiple teams and programs. As an Agile Coach, you will play a critical role in empowering teams and fostering collaboration, efficiency, and agility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the implementation of new ways of working to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
  • Working closely with teams to improve their organisational structure and reduce dependencies.
  • Leveraging your deep knowledge of agile methods to act as an agile champion and contribute to expanding understanding and practice of agile principles and values.
  • Consulting and working with various programs/projects in client organisations.
  • Helping to decompose program backlogs and improve processes for allocating backlog items to teams and tracking progress.
  • Using your understanding of team dynamics and agile leadership to identify key bottlenecks and build high-performing teams.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
  • Significant experience as an Agile Coach, Iteration Manager, or Scrum Master on software development projects.
  • Experience driving agile transformations and strategic initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrable experience developing and managing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and strong relationship-building skills.
