The role of Scrum Master is a pivotal position in any organisation, requiring an individual to spearhead agile teams and foster a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration.

Requirements:- A tertiary qualification in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry experience is desirable.
- Three years' experience working with Agile teams as a Scrum Master or similar roles such as Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or Iteration Manager is essential.
- Previous experience in a large organisation is advantageous.
- A proven delivery track record is crucial for success in this role.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams is highly valued.
