About the Role
The Eat Walk Engage Program Facilitator will lead the implementation and maintenance of Eat Walk Engage on Redland Hospital wards by facilitating the implementation of initiatives that will prevent delirium for older inpatients by providing high level expertise in clinical service delivery; project management and project coordination; education and training; and stakeholder engagement, liaison and negotiation at all levels.
