The Eat Walk Engage Program Facilitator Role

The successful candidate will lead the implementation and maintenance of Eat Walk Engage on Redland Hospital wards by facilitating the implementation of initiatives that will prevent delirium for older inpatients. This role requires high-level expertise in clinical service delivery project management and project coordination education and training as well as stakeholder engagement liaison and negotiation at all levels.
