**About the role

Permanent part time opportunity to lead the implementation of Eat Walk Engage by facilitating the implementation of initiatives that will prevent delirium and functional decline for older inpatients by providing high level expertise in clinical service delivery; project management and project coordination; education and training; and stakeholder engagement, liaison and negotiation at all levels.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Provide high-level clinical leadership, information and support to the multidisciplinary team to implement Eat Walk Engage strategies utilising an evidence-based approach.

Identify the educational needs of multi-disciplinary team who care for older patients and coordinate tailored training.

Promote older person-friendly principles and practices
