Job Summary

This role involves traveling throughout Queensland delivering interactive programs to young people.

As a lead facilitator you'll manage and mentor assistant facilitators during workshops focusing on topics such as Public Speaking, Entrepreneurship, and Emotional Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging workshops that teach real-life skills to young people
  • Coach and mentor facilitators setting high standards for others to follow
  • Travel opportunities across Queensland with occasional trips around Australia
Requirements
  • Advanced facilitation skills with experience in engaging large groups
  • Leadership experience with others naturally looking up to you for guidance
  • Able to work effectively with young people from diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Excellent communication skills able to explain complex concepts simply
