About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to fill the role of Cluster Manager. As a key figure in our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership across 7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide teams to excel in achieving participant-focused goals, aligned with industry standards and organisational mission.
  • Mentor Site Managers, supporting their growth and facilitating the implementation of annual work plans.
  • Travel to SIL homes within your cluster and maintain safe, supportive homes and strong client support networks.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Social Services or relevant field (Cert IV minimum), or significant industry experience.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • A strong understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support and restrictive practices, and risk management principles.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification. NDISWC and WWCC.
  • Strong risk management skills, along with ability to inspire confidence.
  • Integrity and courage in managerial and performance Management decisions.
