As a Commercial Manager, you'll work on the commercial strategy and planning for Sky Q and Sky Glass TV acquisition, as well as Sky Stream post launch; working with the Finance, Trading, Supply Chain, Marketing and Route To Market (RTM) teams to improve business performance and incorporate learnings into future plans. This role will specifically focus on: What you'll do:
What you'll do:

- Setting strategic direction and relationship management of our Voice sales channel: agreeing our pricing, promotions, incentives and sales targets for our telesales estate
- Commercial ownership of Sky Essentials and Q Lite propositions, TV sales into our existing Sky Broadband base, and Refer a Friend platform. You'll define the pricing and marketing strategy to maximise our sales and financial outcomes
- Competitor analysis across TV, BB and triple play market, using affiliate data as well as wider market research, to ensure we are optimising our market share at all times
- Forecasting and setting targets as part of the quarterly planning process, including year-on-year trends, media and offer spend
- Consistently perform pricing promotion reviews working from multiple data sources to analyse what has happened and turn into a simple story for presentation to senior stakeholders, as well as inform future direction
- Identify opportunities to optimise the P&L, supporting the Head of Department and Leads in driving volume, revenue, and EBIT growth
