What you'll do:

- Produce insightful analyses and recommendations for cohorts & trends requiring commercial focus - to reduce churn/cost, increase revenue and/or drive product upgrades
- Own the commercial strategy for selected Voice & Digital estates
- Collaborate with our Trading, Performance, Customer Service, Data, and Finance teams to maintain trading momentum and deliver our quarterly and yearly commercial targets
- Adopt a 'test & learn' approach that launches iterative initiatives at scale and in a way that works for our Technical, Commercial and Trading teams
- Recommend the most effective commercial strategies to improve customer growth - engaging optimally with our Customer Marketing, Customer Experience, Trading and Sophisticated Business Analytics teams to craft innovative commercial initiatives
- Driving initiatives that directly impact the products that our customers are on, with the aim of optimising the value our customers are getting from their Sky package. This would involve engaging with Commercial Product teams to align on approach and keeping stakeholders advised at key milestones

What you'll bring:

- Very commercially aware and numerate, able to size commercial opportunities and influence your network to keep us passionate about what's important
- Brilliant at translating customer insight into strong commercial initiatives that drive momentum and strong business performance
- Strong analytical skills and be confident using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - producing packs and materials that cut through complexity and lead straight to a decision
- Excellent at collaborating with several team members, and skilled at communicating up, down and across the organisation
- Confident at presenting your recommendations to both big and small audiences - producing presentation packs that are slick and easy to understand, and articulating their content so it drives effective stakeholder engagement
- Ideally, you'll have previous experience with base management programmes
