We are looking for a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to help our client find and hire great people for their high volume roles.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels at managing a large candidate pipeline and quickly filling critical positions.
They are hiring for a variety of roles including plumbers, electricians, cleaners, kitchen staff, etc., and need a skilled recruiter to hit the ground running.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle for a large number of blue-collar positions, from posting jobs to extending offers.Source and screen a high volume of candidates efficiently using a variety of platforms.Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
QualificationsProven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably for blue-collar or skilled trade roles.Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with various sourcing tools and an ATS.If this sounds like you or you're interested in fast-paced, high-volume blue-collar recruitment, please submit your application today
